We never assume that our clients will supply us with the
basic written information we need in order to create
brochures, websites and other communications materials.
We fully expect that we will have to generate the
required
background data ourselves. In fact, it has become
the norm
for us to use either face-to-face interviews or
telephone
interviews to glean the necessary information,
and get to
the heart of a client’s communications and
marketing objectives.
We’re not averse to wading through reams of supplied
documentation, but clients who choose our interviewing
option generally save themselves time and money. |
